Breath Meditations
Choose one of these to practice for 3-11 mins/day
Straw Breath - lay on back with knees up. Hold the straw with your hands. Consciously relax jaw, lips, face. Inhale deeply through the nose. Exhale completely through the straw.
3 Part Breath - lay on back with knees up. Hold the straw with your hands. Consciously relax jaw, lips, face. Inhale deeply through the nose. Exhale by diving your breath into three equal parts, pausing briefly between each art.
Inhale. Exhale, pause. Exhale, pause. Exhale, pause. Repeat.
These can be done with the addition of a visualization in accordance with the breath rhythm.

8 is activity, energy, power, fearlessness, and gives us the energy we need to bring the nature of who we are into life, and do what needs to be done. It’s about healing, prosperity, communication, resources, not putting things off, and PRANA (infinite life force energy)!
The negative side of 8 is crash & burn, out of gas, underprepared, “a day late and a dollar short”
